Game Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice

Dear NW Vegas Flag Families,

We hope this email finds you well. We want to inform you about an important decision that has been made regarding today's flag football games.

Due to the current Excessive Heat Warning in effect and, unfortunately, a lack of available players, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all games scheduled for today. The safety and well-being of our participants are of utmost concern, and we believe this is the best course of action to ensure everyone's health during these extreme weather conditions.

We understand that canceling the games is disappointing, but please know that this decision was not taken lightly. Our administration team closely monitored the situation and prioritized the safety of all participants and their families above all else.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Safety is always our number one priority, and we want to make sure that everyone can participate in the games without risking their health.

Stay tuned for updates on the rescheduled games, as we'll be announcing the new date and time soon. Rest assured, we're committed to providing a great flag football experience for all of you.
